This is the very popular "City of Liverpool" 4-6-2 Princess Coronation Pacific Class in LMS Red, running number 6247. This is the more common 3 pole version and comes from the Period 3 era.

The Locomotive/tender are in "Excellent to near mint" condition for their age, the box I would describe as "excellent" 

This comes complete in its Period 3 box, packing rings, tissue, Hornby Dublo coupling conversion kit and Instruction Manual..The normal sellotape residue marks are present on both inner and outer box correct for this period.
