This is a superb example of the much sought after Wrenn W2230NP (Non Powered) Bo Bo Diesel in BR Blue running number 8003.Introduced in Period 4,  just over 400 were produced  by Wrenn Basildon between 1983/89. Most of these had the D8015 number, however this is the Rare version with the 8003 number, much harder to find in my experience.

The Bo Bo comes complete with  box, packing rings, and tissue.The bottom of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 3 03316" in black ink indicating 1983 as year of Basildon manufacture.

Condition of the Bo Bo/box is " excellent to near mint ", for their age.
