This is a good example of the Wrenn W2230 Bo Bo Diesel in BR Blue, running number 8003. Introduced by Wrenn, Basildon in Period 3, these were produced up to 1989.(Period 4), but none appeared in the latter stages of this period.

The Bo Bo comes complete with Period 3 box, packing rings, Hornby Dublo coupling conversion kit, and  tissue. The bottom/inner box is not stamped but has the familiar sellotape residue marks correct for this period.

A superb performer for freight operations on "OO Gauge" Layouts. 

Condition of the Bo Bo/box  is " excellent" for their age.
