This is a superb example of the Rare Wrenn W2239 "Eddystone" 4-6-2 Rebuilt West Country Class Locomotive in BR Green, running number 34028.
Why RARE? Although Wrenn, Basildon production records indicate this Locomotive was only produced at the end of Period 3, and a few in 1991/2, I believe some drifted into early Period 4. It has always been assumed that the "Long Plate" was the hardest to find, however my experience indicates that the "Short Plate" version is much more scarce, and this is a "near mint" example. It is also rare to find this Locomotive in this condition, most have been "playworn" over the years.
The Locomotive/tender comes in a Period 3 box, and includes packing rings, tissue and original blue Instruction Manual. The bottom of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 6" in red ink - No sellotape Marks.
Overall Condition of the Locomotive/box is "near mint to mint" for their age.
