The W2222 4-6-0 Caste Class "Devizes Castle" is one of the most popular Castles that Wrenn, Basildon produced, and, following introduction in Period 1, survived through to Period 4. Running number is 7002. This example is from the  Period 3 era, and overall I would describe this as "superb" one of the best examples I have seen over the years with little sign of layout use.

The Locomotive and tender comes complete with Period 3 Box,packing rings,tissue,Horrnby Dublo coupling conversion kit and blue Instruction Manual.The underneath of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 6" in black ink and has the usual sellotape residue marks correct for this period.

Condition of the Loco/tender is "near mint to mint", box is "near mint" for their age.
