This is a superb example of the Wrenn W2209 "Golden Eagle" Class A4 Locomotive in LNER Apple Green Livery, running number 4482.

Introduced by Wrenn, Basildon in Period 3, this survived in production through to Basildon closure in 1992.

The Locomotive/tender comes complete with Period 3 box, tissue, packing rings, Hornby Dublo coupling conversion kit, and blue Instruction Manual. The bottom of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 6" in black ink, and has the familiar sellotape marks synonimous with the Period 3 era.

Locomotive/tender/box is "near mint" for their age.
