This A4 Class Locomotive "Sparrow Hawk" in London North Eastern Region Wartime Black with running number 4463, was one of 3 black A4 Class Locomotives that Wrenn, Basildon produced, primarily in late Period 4. The others are "Gannet", and earlier in Period 3 and Period 4 "Perigrine". 

Only 98 "Sparrow Hawks" were produced by Wrenn, Basildon in total, with only 17 produced between 1991/92 of which this is one in the picture. At the time they were not that popular hence limited production and of course these days very collectable.

The transfers used on all three A4,s are unique, hence any transfer damage problems are to be avoided. Please watch out for copies, the black Locomotives that Wrenn, Basildon produced are the easiest to fake.
