These are great examples of  the very successful EDL18 Hornby Dublo 2-6-4 Tank Locomotive manufactured by Meccano Ltd for 3 Rail "OO Gauge" operation. Running number 80054. This is in Black BR livery with early BR crest. The Locomotive is fitted with metal H/D style couplings. Paintwork/transfers are "near  mint" for its age, and the Locomotives have seen minimal layout use in my opinion.

Manufactured between 1954/1961 both of these examples are from the 1954 build I believe.  

The tooling used to produce this Locomotive was later used by the Wrenn, Basildon factory across the 2-6-4 range. The Locomotives come complete with original box, ALL PACKING PIECES ( including the internal top card) and instruction manual. Condition of these Locomotives is "near mint", box is "excellent" for their age.
