The Wrenn W2232 0-6-0 Diesel Shunter was introduced in 1974, and Wrenn continued production into Period 4 with running number D3464. Finish is BR Blue with BR white logo yellow ends and ladders. Many examples are play worn this is not and has seen minimal layout use in my opinion..

This example is from the mid Period 3 era,(circa 1975/6) and includes, packing rings, tissue, and Instruction Sheet. The underneath of the inner box is stamped Packer No 6 in black ink and has the normal sellotape residue marks concurrent with this era..

It is rare to find this diesel today in "near mint" condition.. 

Overall Condition of the Shunter/Box is " near mint " for their age.
